WHY

We’re here to help you thrive.

First Federal shows up for our neighbors when they need us most. It’s a commitment you can feel when you walk through our doors, and it’s a commitment extended generously outward.

HOW

Commitment to our customers

First Federal gives back

First Federal gives about 10% of our yearly income through charitable organizations and community sponsorships while volunteering over 2,000 hours of staff time with local organizations and service projects. From Operation Feed campaigns to Little League ball games, our promise to invest in our community is not just spoken, but lived; from excellent products and exceptional service to our volunteer hours and generous donations, ours is a whole-hearted dedication to the communities we love.

First Federal is always there with my family and me every step of the way, pushing us forward and helping us make our dreams come true.

First Fed Fridays

We love surprising you.

We go above-and-beyond to support our community members. On the third Friday of every month, you’ll find us out in the neighborhood buying your coffee or lunch, perhaps paying for your groceries or filling up your gas tank. It’s just one way we get to invest in our local businesses, get to know more of our neighbors, and share in the delight of bringing you exceptional service in ways you might not expect. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter as we post updates of where we just spent our First Federal Friday.

First Federal Foundation
